These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 33kk governing your use of the 33kk platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet or wager. By creating a 33kk account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2.3 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33kk in relation to your use of the Platform.
2.4 These Terms and Conditions were last updated in June 2026. The current version supersedes all prior versions.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 33kk account and to use the Platform. Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that you meet this age requirement. 33kk reserves the right to request age verification documents, including CNIC, at any stage and to suspend accounts pending verification.
3.2 You must ensure that use of the 33kk Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. 33kk does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. The determination of applicable local law is solely your responsibility.
3.3 Each person may register and maintain only one (1) 33kk account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts sharing the same CNIC, residential address, payment method, or device, may be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to closure without notice, with balances frozen pending investigation.
3.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false identity information, including a false date of birth or fraudulent identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf. Use of the Platform for commercial betting syndicate purposes or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
Age Verification: 33kk applies CNIC-based verification before processing any withdrawal. If age verification reveals that a user was under 18 at the time of account creation, all bets will be voided, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already processed), and the account will be permanently closed.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33kk login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 33kk support staff will never request your password through any channel.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33kk immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 33kk will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation.
4.3 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
4.4 Account closures may be requested by the player at any time. Following a closure request, pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
4.5 33kk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, provision of false information, or any other breach of these Terms.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 33kk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 2,000 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for all methods.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to unverified accounts will be held pending the completion of verification. 33kk accepts no liability for delays arising from incomplete KYC documentation.
5.4 Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash — 15 to 30 minutes; Easypaisa — up to 1 hour; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days; USDT — 15 to 45 minutes. Times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond 33kk's control, including bank processing schedules and network congestion.
5.5 Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.6 33kk does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, except where your payment provider applies its own transaction fees, which are outside 33kk's control.
6.1 All wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots), which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules prevail.
6.2 Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
6.3 33kk reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where:

7.1 33kk may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. Where no specific promotional terms are stated, these general Terms apply.
7.2 Bonus funds are held separately from real money balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable real money balance.
7.3 Only one bonus offer may be active at any one time unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously through the use of multiple accounts or other means constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
7.4 33kk reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing qualifying terms where a player has already met the entry conditions of the promotion.
7.5 Bonus winnings may be subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33kk Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

9.1 33kk is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from account settings at any time.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are effective immediately upon submission and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the period has elapsed will not be actioned. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.
9.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring they gamble within their means. 33kk strongly recommends that all players set personal deposit limits upon registration.
9.4 33kk is a real-money gambling platform. All games carry a house edge or statistical advantage for the operator. There is no strategy that guarantees winnings over an extended period of play.

10.1 All content on the 33kk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of 33kk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
10.3 The 33kk name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
11.1 33kk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33kk excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 33kk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 33kk's reasonable control; errors in odds, prices, or game results subsequently corrected under these Terms; or losses arising from your use of the Platform that exceed the total deposits you have made in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of 33kk.
11.4 You acknowledge that participation in online gambling involves a risk of financial loss. 33kk is not responsible for gambling losses sustained through lawful use of the Platform.
12.1 33kk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
12.2 Personal data provided during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, contact information, and payment method data — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
12.3 All personal data is stored with AES-256 encryption. 33kk does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Your right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 33kk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with reasonable prior notice where circumstances permit.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
13.3 The version date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 33kk holds its applicable operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform, you should first contact 33kk support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. 33kk will respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution procedures specified under 33kk's operating licence. Details of the relevant licensing authority and dispute resolution body are available on request.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
